When will tracking update?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed (business days exclude weekends and public holidays). Estimated transit times begin after your order ships and do not include processing time.
Once your package is handed to the carrier, tracking may take time to appear or refresh. During peak periods, updates may be delayed.
Delivery time is an estimate only and may vary due to carrier operations, weather, and other factors.

- United States: 5–7 business days (after shipment)
- Canada: 7–12 business days (after shipment)
- Mexico: 7–14 business days (after shipment)
- Brazil: 10–18 business days (after shipment)

Address accuracy and delivery issues
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, please check the delivery area and contact the carrier to open an investigation. Then email us within 48 hours of the delivery scan so we can assist based on the carrier’s investigation results.
